Return Process

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and insured.

  Pack Securely

  Place the footwear in its original branded box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
